Twin Share Studio: "Studio" apartment refers to a living space where the kitchen, sleeping and living area are combined into one central room with an ensuite bathroom. Students also have access to all building facilities including a cinema room, gym, communal kitchen, multi-purpose areas, free share bikes, laundry facilities & Games Room. Read more.

Guests also have access to the Private Room Apartment building facilities .

 

Private Room in Four/Five Bedroom Apartment: Private rooms are available within our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments. Students also have access to all building facilities including a swimming pool, communal kitchen, gym, games area, study floor, laundry facilities, music room, outdoor cinema, free share bikes and multi-purpose areas. Guests also have access to the Twin Share Studio building facilities .

Our new Adelaide Street Studio Apartments are located right on the doorstep of Brisbane's shopping and entertainment precinct. BROWNS Brisbane campus, cafes, supermarkets and transport (bus stop/train station) are also an easy walking distance. Within the apartment building there are numerous communal areas featuring technology and amenities to allow students to come together and build friendships.

Minimum age: 18 years or older

Each BROWNS Adelaide Street Studio Student Apartment features:

  • Twin share studio apartment with privacy curtains
  • One modern bathroom
  • Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances
  • Attractively designed interior with comfortable furniture

  • Each bedroom includes a king single bed, bedhead shelf, study desk + chair, pinboard, bookshelf and robe
