As part of our BROWNS Professional executive-style learning environment, each student is equipped with free use of our touch screen laptops and free campus WiFi. The laptops are used to enrich our students’ learning experience by exposure to new technology, key programs (Word + Powerpoint) and greater access to educational resources.
We’ve also found that use of these laptops help students’ build vital skills needed in today’s job market.
We spoke to Karen GOMES DA SILVA from Brazil who explains the benefits of this free BROWNS service.
“We use these laptops every day in-class and also outside of class times. I find this really useful in the Diploma of Business course because it’s like your own computer which I can use whenever I need. We can type notes from the lesson, work on our assignments and also create presentations. I especially like the touch screen feature. Having these laptops is class really helps. “
